Q. I found alot of websites like edenpureus, edenpuresale, edenpureoutlet ect. Can't I just buy direct?
A. Some websites may offer fancy domain names to lure customers to their website. The manufacture sells EdenPURE heaters through an authorized dealer network. We are one of the oldest and most customer friendly Authorized EdenPURE dealers within North America. Also the manufacturer will only provide warranty coverage from purchases from an Authorized Dealer. Don't be lured in by a fancy internet name.


Q. Is the site secure for me to purchase online?

Q. Do I need to pay tax?
A. No. If needed, we pay the sales tax instead of the customer.


Q. Do you ship out of the U.S.?
A. Yes we do ship to Canada at this time.


Q. Do you "drop ship" products?
A. Generally no, we do not drop ship. Normally all of our products are in stock and sold/shipped from our main storefront. We feel this gives us more control over the delivery of the product and reduces delays in shipping.
