Shipping and Returns
Returns are accepted for most of our products within 30 days of sale including Infrared Heaters, Air Purifiers and all O3 Pure products except for our ozonated olive oil. Returns are not accepted on parts. All product returns must be returned in 'new' or 'like new' condition. Items must be Over Boxed and returned in our original manufacturer packaging, with all original accompanying materials and a copy of your receipt. If an item is returned due to an undeliverable shipping address or the previous instructions are not used, a restocking fee of at least 10% may be deducted from the customers refund. Pure Energy LLC does not have a restocking fee on returns that follow the guidelines mentioned. We would also find it helpful to understand why a product did not work for you. If possible, please include a description of the problem and why are you returning it. We can use this information to better serve you and our other customers in the future.

Pure Energy only offers shipping within the United States by UPS and USPS. All shipping prices at checkout are quoted for delivery within the U.S. We will attempt to ship all of our products the day of sale or the next business day. Our heaters, water and air purifiers have Free Shipping to the Lower 48 States. For our other parts and products, we offer flat rate shipping of just $5.54 Per Order. Normally you will find all of our products are in stock and ready to ship.
All Prices are in U.S. Dollars. All orders placed on our website, by phone or in store sales come with a 30 Day Price Guarantee. If you find that the price for your item has been reduced within 30 days of your purchase, simply contact us and we will refund you the difference.
