Edenpure products are terrific but when you lose your remote, you may be "up duck creek", as they say! I found myself in this situation as we started our heating season earlier this late fall. I was able to find Pure Energy online and the company has been nothing short of terrific in fulfilling my every need in a remote for my Edenpure GEN 4 1000. At first, I neglected to write the model on my order, and they sent me the wrong one, but I called them right away and even got most of my money back in exchange for the correct remote. The new remote works EVERY time and the speed in which all transactions was done was phenomenal.
The replacement heating elements saved me from having to buy another space heater. They were the correct ones for my model, and had them installed in a couple hours. They were shipped with proper protection to prevent damage. Very satisfied with the quality all around.
