So far, I am really liking the system. Our clothes come out smelling cleaner than before. I still use a little bit of laundry soap because I like the smell, but it does not take much at all. I also add half of the spoon of the Farmers Bleach with my load. My towels no longer have a musty smell to them.
Cleaning can take the finish off and I believe it is best to keep an extra on hand to keep your air purifier working properly at all times.
Customer Service have very knowlegable people to help one on recommendations and are happy to help.
Going cheap on maintenance will only cost you more in the long run.

I love how fresh my house smells since removing this from the box and turning it on. I use the ozone purifier at night and I feel I fall asleep and stay asleep so much better than before. Definitely recommend!
