We have noticed that anything that has a stain we can’t get out. Natural deodorant stained shirts and we have had chalk stain clothes as well. We have had very little success with it.

Christopher Soppet I purchased a unit on Amazon a few years ago, and it stopped working after the extended warranty expired. After describing the symptoms, they suggested the parts that needed to be replaced. Overall, I spent around $100 on parts, which is $200 less than if they had said I needed a new unit. I wish more companies made their products serviceable like Pure Energy.
