I'm very happy with this heater ,I have several Eden Pure Heaters and bulbs burnout ,so I thought I would try no bulb .Happy so far !!!

Power Cord was purchased to replaces the heaters original cord which had 1 prong break off; making the unit not useable.

Replacement cord was fairly easy to install.
The Clip that holds it in place was difficult to get to clamp shut at 1st but once installed heater now works as if new.
I also fell confident the repair will make the heater run safely.

Very happy with the Remote Control I purchased for my Edenpure heater.
It is simple to operate and works well.
No set up required.
It is nice to be able to turn on/off and adjust the temperature without having go to the unit every time.
The Mode Button makes it easy to adjust back and forth from the Highest setting to a lower setting without having to push the down button multiple times. Glad to have the remote as the buttons on the actual heating unit are wearing out.

We love our EdenPure heater. It heats very evenly.

Brother-in-law and sister-in-law had been using the unit in the basement bedroom and had not informed me that it was no longer heating. A couple of the old bulbs had broken and were difficult to get out and clean up the dust inside the unit. Once that was done the bulbs fit perfectly and the unit is not being used in my basement office instead of the pellet stove. The cost of pellets has become ridiculous, hence no plans to use it this winter as the 10+ year old EdenPure heater is now working fine.

The part was OME. And my unit works like new. Similar heaters don’t come close in accurate parts replacement. Eden pure makes sense to me. And will strongly considered for my soon next purchase.

Replaced 3 bulbs, pc control board, heat sensor and power cord after catastrophic heater failure for 1/3 the price of new heater. All working like new!

I am very satisfied with the replacement power cord purchased through Pure Energy. part took a day or 2 longer than expected to arrive but it was ordered on a Saturday. The cord was identical to the original one. and was easy to install.

I received these element in a timely manner and they work very well. love them.
