We gave this to our son for a house warming gift. He has 4 daughters and as you probably know…that’s lots of laundry. He has used it for only a week or so, so it’s hard to give a raving review but he said that he likes the fresh ozone smell and it seems to being doing as advertised.
It works very well and there’s no nasty or mildew smell to the clothes or towels once they’re clean and dried

Fast accurate shipping however the replacement part I received was broken. I didn't realize it until after I installed it. The install process required a little adjustment and I felt I could not return because it would look like I broke the part. I never bothered trying to return, I was gonna just order another part but haven't yet. Not super happy, but not the company's fault. Thanks
