The quartz Infrared element for model # A4887/R/RTL is the one I need and that`s the one that`s been discontinued witch makes my unit that I spent hundreds of dollars on a useless heater that`s not a good business practice if your not going to make good on this arrangement not only will I not purchase anymore of your companies product that one being the smaller of two heaters I purchased word of mouth is very effective especially when you incorporate the broad scoop of the internet !

I have this heater and now I can't get a bulb for it what is the Pont in have an eden pure heater if can't get the bulb for it
