O3 PURE Whole Home Purifier - Fan Motor

Ordered a new fan motor, fan blade and Hepa filter for my air purifier. The unit had been running continuously for several years when the motor went out. Spoke with customer service. Jim was very helpful and "walked" me through with what I needed to do to fix the problem. Ordered the parts. Received them in just a few days. Took the unit apart and was able to clean it really well in the areas that are impossible to reach otherwise. This process took a while but was well worth the time and effort. Got it back together and everything works great! Excellent product!!

Speaking with those who took my calls was very helpful. I was advised of a possible cause for having no fan when my Pure Air had power.
A fan motor was ordered then instructions were given for removing the original fan motor and replacing it. Checking for operation before putting everything back together.
The new fan motor worked as hoped.
