Cant use it

The showerhead isn’t adjustable to make it less strong its just too much and i cant use it. Cant return it either so just wasted $20

Cracked during installation.

The plastic coupling cracked when I installed the shower head onto the pipe.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The showehead coupling is steel. The coupling also has a preinstalled washer so no teflon tape is required which could cause the pipe to split if overapplied. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to resolving this issue for you.

Nice flow, however, it does not save any water, as a matter of fact it uses more.
