Linda Kremer Evidently this eas wrong remote for my eden pure.. texted company to exchange and they told me No returns. The remote I received is cheep. I couldn't even get the battery back in. I would never buy from your company again. Just wasted $28.00.

Tony Schueller I have not gotten it to work. I have the gen 4 model. Said it would work when I chose it online. Is there a trick to get it working? I tried new batteries. And also it does not have the eden pure logo on the Remote, is this the correct one?
